Here it is. As a collector, I feel really proud of having this Hardcover edition of Astro City: Confession IN MY COLLECTION. It is SO hard to find and when you do find one it's either in poor condition or really expensive, which is strange since 1200 editions were made which isn't exactly very limited.

So since I haven't bought something really spectacular for my collection in a while and the opportunity presented itself, I decided to get it and now I have this gorgeous book which houses not only one of Astro City's most amazing story arcs but one of Alex Ross' most spectacular covers which I now offer to you, fellow collectors as a fairly big image so you can use it as a wallpaper and such. Plus, on the left you'll see the book cover without the dust jacket as well as the signatures page.
Trust me this is THE ONLY image of this cover/dust jacket (and the signature page) in this resolution on the internet. If you have been looking for this pic you would've found it in microscopic size. Not anymore thanks to your friendly neighborhood Alex Ross Collector. Remember to give credit where it's due.

Wonderful! That's a great buy indeed!
So funny, I was at a comic shop today and one guy bought that one because i recommended it to him as requested by the owner (a friend of mine)!
Big hugs, and thanks for sharing those pages!!
The high demand/scarcity of Confession HC, is that is no other version of it than the 1200 that are also signed and numbered. Even though out of the five signed and numbered Astro City HC's, Confession had way more than the others. I think the number of signed and numbered for Life in the Big City was 1000 and the rest were way below that.
Life in the Big City was reprinted a few years later and the last three collections all had non-signed and numbered editions. The only one of the five I'm missing is the Local Heroes S&N...
nice !

It is a great book isn't it!

Thanks for the insightful comment. It was very helpful to know why exactly this book is so rare.
